The CMMS Administrator provides lead technical, business support, and analysis for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) used by the Facilities Management and Logistics (FM&L) Division for asset management, work planning and controls, and reporting.

In this role, you will...

  • Manage the daily operations of the CMMS including procedures related to the collection of CMMS data
  • Receive incoming calls and emails to the FM&L Service Desk and submits service requests
  • Classify all incoming service requests and routes to appropriate work groups for action
  • Interface with work coordinators to schedule and report on preventative maintenance activities
  • Perform continuous monitoring, quality assurance checks, and makes necessary adjustments in the system to ensure CMMS data integrity and proper recording of actual maintenance labor and material costs
  • Produce standard and ad-hoc reports regarding items such as work order activity, scheduling, and actual maintenance labor and material charges
  • Perform general administrative duties such as processing invoices, preparing purchase requisitions, entering communication logs, and populating CMMS data fields
  • Provide new-user training, advanced-user training, and new feature training

Qualifications We Require:

Education & Experience:

  • Associate’s Degree in a related field, plus
  • 7 years relevant experience, or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Proficient in the use of Archibus, Maximo, or similar CMMS programs
